Found a really great sale on patterns! Always something on sale at Jo-Ann's. They were short handed though...

Nice selection and clean store; however, I have yet to meet an employee here with a decent attitude. If I hated my job that much, I'd work somewhere else!

Staff are friendly. I was able to find what I needed easily. I love finding deals. There's always sales. I always go here for all my fabric and craft supplies.

This rating is for the Albany, Oregon store...service was very good. The person was quite helpful. Not all store are like that.
