Amy cooper is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Not only did she threaten to evict me and my roommates over simply not being aware that our gutters needed to be cleaned seasonally she was very passive aggressive and consistently rude. I would like to add that she will steal your security deposit and claim that changing the front door key costs me $1,095. My neighbor is a locksmith and told me this is a scam. I would stay far away from this group and any of their listings.

Alicia and Amy helped me with the purchase of my first home two years ago and are in the process of assisting me with managing my current property, while also finding another property for me to purchase. After weeks of trying to find the perfect new home, Alicia Davis came through in every way as a renter's agent, helping me to identify the best options, get in to see them, submit the offers, negotiate lease details, and ultimately, retrieve the key when I was out of town and unable to figure out my own way to pick it up before move-in weekend. Trash company tried to get me to sign a lease without viewing the property vacant. Literally trying to scam!

The RSG has an A+ rating with me and my colleagues who is and has done business with this company. Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Cooper exemplifies the HIGHEST standard of Integrity, Professionalism and knowledge of the Industry. I purchased my first home with Mrs. Davis in 2009. I didn't have a clue as to what I needed to do to get this process started. Mrs. Davis explained the details step-by-step in an orderly fashion exactly what I needed to accomplish on my end and she handled the rest as my realtor keeping me abreast of every detail. In 2015, I decided to rent my home and yes, fees were associated with renting because it's a business. You must pay for services rendered...if most people had the knowledge and/or the answers, they wouldn't need professionals. I was made aware of the bylaws thanks to the RSG for rental property and had to make the necessary adjustments if I wanted to move forward. The transition was very smooth and I loved the fact that all transactions are done electronically. I don't have a single complaint about this company and I would HIGHLY recommend the RSG to anyone looking for a Realtor or Property Manager that goes over and beyond for their Buyers, Sellers, Owners and Tenants. Alicia Davis is extremely unprofessional and rude. Also unresponsive and hard to get a hold of, deflecting and claiming that she cannot help with things like speaking to another member of the team. I can only recommend staying away from realty solutions.
