The Red Stable, German Village Souvenirs & Gifts! Featuring OHIO-made gifts, art and souvenirs from German Village, Columbus and Ohio.

We feature nearly 100 local artists and vendors creating unique, one-of-a-kind gifts and art for everyone! We are located in a 145 year-old stable (built in 1872) in the heart of historic German Village, just across the street from iconic Schmidt’s Sausage Haus.

Love this place! This is a definite must see when you are visiting this very cute area full of shops and food places. The Red Stable is full of decorative items sure to catch everyone’s attention, great gathering of imported Coocoo Clocks and so much more. They have a second floor as well as outdoor patio full of things to see. Many of the items are from local artists and crafters so you are supporting local by shopping here. I highly recommend this place to visit for everyone!
A darling gift/souvenir shop in German Village! Come on in while you wait for your dinner reservation. Rebecca was super friendly and welcoming and explained that the coo coo clocks and nutcrackers were made by local venders. All beautiful hand made and some from Germany I believe. Also, a lot of Buckeye/Ohio State trinkets, jewelry stationary candles and woodwork. Lots of plants and planters pictures. Prices are a little high but there truly is something for everyone!
A clever, funky, artsy favorite in German village. All manner of country and garden items and local gifts. Fun designs and figures arranged with bright care in every corner of your vision. Eclectic tastes served well.
Super cute historical gift shop, filled with art, handmade jewelry, German nutcrackers, tiki planters, Star Wars inspired items, and friendly staff. Great spot to check out while waiting for table at Schmidt's Sausage Haus.
very cool place to walk around and explore if you're in the area. cool history and helpful staff. not my style aesthetically but still liked browsing. come here if you love Christmas!
This is a really neat place with some cool items! As others have said, it's a small historical shop with tons of nutcrackers, art, and plants and so much more. You will definitely find some classical items here as well as some newer stuff like star wars and marvel. The downside is, everything is pretty pricey. Even a small 3 in tall air plant thing was like 32$. Check it out and see if there is anything that piques your interest!!
Nice little gift shop near / affiliated with Schmidt's in German Village - typical gift shop stuff downstairs, some art / pictures upstairs, and some yard art stuff in their small courtyard.
Fantastic little store. Some very cool planters that are Star Wars themed.

Great little shop in German town with many authentic pieces. Large nutcracker collection, pots, and authentic cuckoo clocks. My wife and I always get a Christmas ornament when we visit new cities on vacation and they had the perfect one for us. Definitely worth a stop by.
