I have been referring clients to this location for years and they and I always receive professional and prompt service. They maintain confidentiality. They provide objective assessments. Unlike most treatment providers, they provide me timely treatment compliance reports.

I know a client that was attending here. And had witnessed numerous times where they tried calling with the agency not answering or never returning calls. They refused service after abtaining information of what insurance they had. I would not recommend this agancy to anyone who is really trying in their recovery.

I am a family member of someone who went to "The Right Choice" for about 2 weeks if that. Everytime we called to speak to a counselor or just set up a meeting no one would even call back for over a week. needless to say my brother skipped town and the counselors there promised that they would be of better help if he comes home. Well, he came home and he called them seeking help and got no answer. We also called 4 times and left voicemails about the urgency of the situation with no avail. You should not waste your time because these people just take your money and don't actually give a crap about helping people. Oh and they're only open 4 days a week and it takes at least a week to make an appointment and then wait another 3-4 days to get in and see someone. Disgusting service and heartless people.

the clinical supervisor breached my confidentiality agreement/contract. i feel that all my privacy is now lost with them.
