Since I lived here everyone is kind and nice, it's quiet and in a area where you can go different places.

I wish I could give it 5 stars I actually love this place and it's been my home for over three years. It's the management what a rotten group these three women whom are obviously clueless. I'm disabled can't barely walk. And I have a number of friends who come over and help me get by. Clean help me shower other things etc. Well I was accused of excessive traffic among other things this is all based on hearsay. Told me I have to leave. I was a nuisance. Me! One of the quieter people on this floor. They threatened eviction 2 times now tried to scare me by giving me three day notice then 5 day notice thinking I would get scared and leave. Wish they would take me to court . They are in such violation of the lease. Needless to say HUD is helping me to get another place . I don't want to leave. There is something wrong with the management. Even though there are bedbugs and Black mold here . It was still my home. I'm not the first person to be run out of here. They seem to Target The HUD people and veterans. Why would you evict people with guarantee rent? Especially in these times . Don't move here unless you want to deal with very stupid women who judge people not based on facts. But by gissip

The washer and dryers always take my money and vending machines. I stay to myself so the people here won't bother u if u don't bother them.

I move here with my boyfriend and it’s good place to stayed , the only thing I don’t like is that the rooms are small.only thing I don’t like is the guy who lives drown stairs from me who beating on walls overall I like staying threre.

If your new to the city or just looking for your private space that is dog friendly and fully furnished rental with everything included without any monthly hidden fees from a landlord or roommate. This is the place that is getting remodel that has everything included in the price. Alongside with all the amenities’ in one place. Ihop is across the street and everything is just a few minutes away from Shopping, Casino’s, Restaurants and Parks. A whole lot better that any other place near the center of the city far enough away and only 15 Minutes away to the Las Vegas Strip. Well kept and well managed

Do not move here. I have lived here for a year and I still have bed bugs. They have tried to kill them 5 times and they are still here. I am getting very tired of having them. They are coming from some where and am getting tried of it. They have to be coming from next door. Cause I don't go no place and don't have people in. My apt. is clean and I wash all the time . So where are they coming from? If it keeps up I' l be gone and someone else can deal with them. Am sick of being BUG FOOD!!!!!

Had minor issues in 2 years here. Floods from plumbing/sewage more recently in the last 5 months. Maintenance very deligent in getting things done when communication is met. Squatters only major downfall to property and safety. I will renew again. Feels comfortable in bad times.

The rooms are a bit small. The staff is friendly and does well with the current set of unfortunate circumstances. The side gate is locked, which being a safer entrance than the front, and open at the time of placement decision, this is unfortunate, and promotes a more dangerous living condition.

Everything utilities covered in your rent including furniture. Neighbors keep to themselves but friendly. The entrances are very secure. Takes two doors to get in. Maintenance are on the ball. OKAY THE ABOVE REVIEW WAS WRITTEN WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN. AFTER THREE WEEKS.... Everything above still ois true BUT These weekly fire alarms are getting too much. Idiots who smoke in the laundry room AND people who leave the side doors open allow homeless to pull the alarms. NUTS. If I wasn't bound by a contract...

Wow: Id give less but I have to give credit to them as I stayed there for a year and it was cool... until currently. So it's a Thursday when I saw another resident from my floor complain about bed bugs. Being that it's going an a year and some months I've been staying there getting back on my feet with my live in girlfriend and my 2 daughters and the most we had seen is a couple of crickets I said hey, we should be ok... ordered my first spray of my room, no trace of bedbugs. Next day woke up with about 14 bite marks and welts and I wasn't as mad about myself: more so my 2 daughters one 6 years old and one 9 months! Still I kept my professionalism and I go down to the office to tell them and I'm told by the rep: in short that 1. We can't do anything until the next week 2. No we cannot provide housing while treating and if you get a hotel room it's at your discretion! 3. I'll call you back if anything can be done sooner; which never happened. So long story short I'm in a hotel I PAID FOR, was just advised by management that I could've had them provide housing: mind you it's now next Wednesday and I've missed 3 days at work making sure my family is not getting feasted on as we have only one vehicle and they have not responded with ANYTHING BUT WE WILL SPRAY A DAY EARLIER THAN PLANNED! Worst living experiance ever as the customer service here is a negative 10 and I wouldn't recommend a homeless person to stay there, trust me.
