I love getting my eyebrows done here. And my mom enjoys getting her roller set here . They have a great staff that do cuts, colors, updos, rollersets and nails and brow waxing.

Gao is AMAZING!! She does my hair and brows every 6 weeks, I’ve started dying my hair now too because she makes me so comfortable! She is so patient and kind, you can definitely tell she has a passion for making people look and feel their best!

Love Kelsey. She's excellent. And I can say that cause I used to do hair... And you know how we are when we have someone cut our hair. I trust her with my long layered hair.

I just wanted to write a quick review of how GREAT my stylist Ashley/AP is. My Daughter Tessa and I Had a appointment on Saturday at 9am, I had a complete foil, eyebrows ect. done, Tessa had accent foils done. We were there until 12:30I have tons of hair Ashley was great with my 10 year old, Tessa did not even complain about the amount of time we were there! My hair turned out Beautiful, Ashley is one of the best out there, I highly recommend JCPs Rosedale!

I go to see the stylist Kadey or Katie. Any how, she does an amazing job with all textures of hair. No matter how hard the job is She does amazing with cuts. She works at a great pace an will get you in and out. She is even there on Sundays. If you go you will defiantly want to have Kadey or Katie on your head. ALL MY EXPERIENCES WITH HER HAS BEEN ON POINT.

Wasn't a good experience. I showed picture of how I wanted haircut and was assured she could cut exactly like photo. Very Nice stylist but unfortunately the cut was not.

I called for a condition treatment and I got quoted $15 for a condition treatment. So I go in an they had me with a lady who told me $15 to condition and $15 to blow dry. Okay that's fine most places charge $25 for a conditioning treatment. So in the middle she asked if she can go wax someone eyebrows. I said no. So anyway she blow drys my hair..... and she said okay your done. My hair wasn't even DRY. I get to the counter and they charged me $15 for condition treatment and $30 for a blow dry. Worst service ever. I called and talk to the manger about it all she offer me is a goodie bag. Which I am not picking up. They rip you off and also lie about services. Manger said well she was a master stylist. Okay I didn't ask for some master lady to condition my hair. All I asked for was a blow dry. Nothing else if your going chargE $30 for a blow dry my hair should of been completely dry and styled. I been going riverdale for years never had a problem then go to rosedale and it's completely dishonest place. BEWARE
