The blackout motorized shade fits perfectly. The measurements were spot on. The installation was smooth and arrival was prompt. Thanks to Lane, the order was expedited and thanks to him, the installation was scheduled just two days later to accommodate our tight schedule. Absolute top marks.
Lane was extremely helpful and patient during with us during the selection process. He was communicative over email and offered to meet in person to explain design and material ideas.
