I ordered two shades from this store along with installation. The whole experience was pretty good. I did find some minor damages to the shades so knocked off one star. Overall, pretty satisfied with how the shades look.

I am on my third re-order for my $1,200 shades. To get through to this Soho store is impossible unless I walk there in person. I have to call for days and email before I get a call back or an email return and it's always from different people. Never again, Shade Store!
