First Class company all the way. I wanted to get motorized shades to replace the shades I purchased from another company. 3 day Blinds does not offer 110 volt power shades and they are nothing like This company - I was blown away by the difference. From the sales to the service. Ordered 3 roller shades and very please with the operation and the app that connects to my Iphone. Works great! Would recommend to anyone who wants quality products and excellent service.

The whole experience from beginning to end was seamless! Very happy with product and customer service exceeded expectations! Amie was so helpful with picking out the perfect woven wood blind for our kitchen and Rich did an excellent job with install! Highly recommend.

Great experience - i received excellent guidance in the store. The shades were shipped to me as promised, the installer arrived on time, and did an excellent job ensuring that we were happy with the installation. I'm very deadline oriented, so i appreciated how well the company kept me informed on delivery, scheduling, etc.

We were very happy all the shades up perfectly. From picking out right type of shades all through the apartment, scheduling and installing were done professionally and efficiently. Thank you. We will visit the store again if we need some improvement from current window treatments newly installed.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. And it's funny, I never write reviews on anything but the service I have received from the Shade Store is so poor I feel I have no choice. Every install appointment I have had scheduled has either had nobody show up, or the incorrect number of people, or not a high enough ladder, etc. I have high windows in my front room and apparently the Shade Store cannot figure out how to schedule appropriately. Quite the shame as I have more windows to do but I will never use this company again.

This was my first experience with The Shade Store and their customer experience was exceptional. I love my custom shade, especially the programmable features. I will definitely purchase again.

What a great overall experience! Going into our initial video consultation, I was not sure what kind of window treatments would be best for our home. After listening to me describe how our space was affected by light and temperature, Nathalie Navarro helped me find shades in the color and material that are functional and produce the feeling we were aiming for! We appreciated Nathalie and team's patience and willingness to produce multiple renderings to ensure that the shades' measurements and mounting style fit our space appropriately as well. She nailed it, this is my 3 order from the shade store and each time Nathalie Navarro was my sales person / Designer and I have not been disappointed,I was all over the place and she help me narrow down color ,texture , style and functionality. She really has such a nice personality very patient and Knowledgeable Design and store inventory Although they do not do in-home design Consulting the photo renderings and samples were extremely helpful. I have no regrets ; Custom shade & curtains are just stunning.

Yes, we paid a little more, but the quality, lifetime guarantee, and customer care were well worth it!!
