I purchased my skis & boots way back in 2013, and they are still going strong. I purchased my daughters skis & boots in 2022. In 2023 had a minor issue with my son's recently purchased equipment, thru no fault of the store, and they made good on it with no hassle. Great operation!
Pleasant experience here, as usual. One of the employees, Taylor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while trying on snowboard boots. Appreciate the help!

I like patronizing local businesses and am glad The Ski Bum is almost around the corner. I needed rental skis for a trip and The Ski Bum was easier, cheaper, and more helpful than past experiences renting at the mountain. I'll be using them again.
The Ski Bum has provided ski equipment and service for the Delaware Special Olympics Ski team for the past 10 years and also helped the volunteers and coaches with their personal equipment. Always great equipment, service and advice .
Expert service and enthusiastic staff. I got my tennis racquet re string here and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable too.

I have been a customer for years. I just returned my daughters leased skis and was it for a $25 late fee because they were due on Saturday. The guy actually had an attitude like we were bothering him as he took our money. If you are that critical of them being late in the off season here's a tip, the world revolves around text message reminders, not spam folder emails. I hope you enjoy the $25 because it is the last dime we will ever spend there. We just dumped $700 into boots alone from you guys' last year and I need new skis and boots for myself. My growing children need new snow gear and leases. Poor customer service likely left a couple of thousand dollars on the table for you guys and the loss of lifelong customers. You should be embarrassed.
Had a buckle issue that was more of an annoyance than an actual issue. The crew at ski bum got it all fixed up for me and didn’t charge me. They’ve got a customer for life outta me now.
