The Space

I have been to several classes/different teachers at The Space and all of them have been unique and leave me feeling some kinda way...basically magic. It’s minimal. No gimmicks. Tons of natural light. It’s my new sanctuary. You must try it!

Josie is on the cutting edge of yoga in Columbus. She’s always learning more and incorporating her knowledge into her classes. You’ll leave class completely refreshed, having exerted yourself and opened yourself up more than you thought possible. I can’t wait to go again!

Great space and teacher! Music choices were awesome and everyone was friendly. Still searching for a practice in Columbus that doesn’t include kundalini — would go here exclusively if they offered classes without.
