Best bike shop in billings. They do lots of stuff for the biking community in billings and surrounding area. Staff there is very easy to get along with. Love that place.

Purchased a bike. It was similiar to one I bought back in November of 2017. I needed a secondary vehicle (i. e. backup). They have allowed me a 'layaway plan', that fits my budget requirements. I am pleased with the service and attention. They have made every opportunity to provide: information, safety tune-ups, and to listen to my personal concerns. Keep up the excellent services.

For a decade, this was my go-to shop. Owner Dean is awesome, so are the techs. Sarah is great, shoot, all the techs have been great. Dean stepped in once to replace a bike the manufacturer balked at replacing, much respect there. Bought seven bikes total here for my fam, including three bikes over $2000. All my daughter's American bikes were bought here, my wife's, and my current road bike were all bought here. Haven't been lately though because of the E-Bikes. They've been slowly taking over floor space, and on my last visit, when I asked the cashier about that creep, she launched into a super awkward lecture about how silly any reservations on this issue are, and how we will soon catch up to Europe on the laws and E Bikes will be rightfully granted free reign on roads, paths, and wilderness trails. She had no way of knowing I've been active in the cycling advocacy community since before she was born, and have spent years in France. . . . . . .. Then again, she could have asked. Still love the shop, but as I try to cut out any peripheral support for E Bikes, the Spoke Shop has been trimmed. Spoke Shop: please be aware of cyclists like myself, who love LBS's, who have supported you for years, but who have genuine hesitations and concerns about E Bikes that give us great pause about coming in anymore.

Just walked out the door with a new Stumpjumper. I have bought much at The Spoke over many years and really enjoy working with the whole crew at the shop. Great people who have my same incurable bike affliction.

I just bought my first bike from them, and they were great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quality bikes and equipment, and fair prices. I've already been back to get some accessories for it. I'll definitely go back to them!
