We truly enjoyed the sips and Giggles Comedy Show! Great comedian! Food before the show was fine, the tacos that we had were a little bit dry and could use a little more excitement. Staff was friendly and helpful, however

Pretty much the only venue in Traverse City where you can see nationally touring metal and hard rock bands (plus others) year round! Great bands and great drinks equal a good time!

OK, so The Brothers Osborne and Melissa Lee with Bobby Randall show is probably one of the worst shows I've ever been to. Not because of the performers but because of the venue. Melissa and Bobby did a great job and the sound for the instrumentals was very good. Maybe as a former roadie I'm too critical but the PA for the vocals totally SUCKED. I could't hardly understand any of the lyrics and the vocals were totally distorted. I'm sure Melissa sounded great but you couldn't tell. I watched a You Tube video of Melissa before I went and she sounded better through my laptop speaker than she did at this show. I also knew you could reserve a table but didn't realize that reserving a table was the ONLY way to get a seat. My back is doing better after surgery but not good enough to be on my feet for several hours at a time. I did see management get seats for people with handicaps but they were over in the corner where you could't see the stage and the poorest spot for audio. Kind of crappy for folks with a handicap. I will need to try and see Melissa and Bobby somewhere else and note to self. Don't EVER go to a show at Ground Zero again. I had to leave before the headliners went on. What a rip! After the response below from the owner I decided to give him the benefit of a doubt and check it out again. The result from my second visit was the same as the first. The sound system for this venue is horrible and the room acoustics aren't good either. The most telling part is that the instruments that don't go through the PA system sound good. It's the vocals that are very distorted. The owner may want to blame this on operator error for the sound system that he has provided, but that's not the problem. It's just a crummy sound system and it is not enjoyable listening to music there.

Absolutely great food before the Concert. The venue is really nice. The option to sit at a table was a great option. I saw the band "Blackberry Smoke" and enjoyed them. Best part was the " Meet and Greet"......

The Louie Louie restaurant and live music show stage is a nice touch. The room is modern, clean, and attractive. Full kitchen. Balanced menu (something for nearly anybody).Good bar. Kind and attentive staff. This place is one of a kind in this market.
