The Taffy Shop

If this post were solely on the taffy taste and quality it would be a 5+ star; sadly I also have to take into account the customer service I received with my online order. I ordered 3 pounds of taffy but only received 2 pounds in the shipment. I called and spoke with Charlie and he said he’d look into it and the person who packaged the order would contact me, but no one called. I waited almost another business day and called again and again was told that the owner would need to call me and would yet that afternoon/evening. No one called again so I waited again almost another business day before I called again. I talked with an associate and was told that the owners had been notified and were suppose to be calling me but he would give me another number to try to reach them at. I called and left a message with Kari (not sure if that’s the proper spelling) but haven’t heard back. It appears that the owners don’t really care that they have an unsatisfied customer. To add insult to injury this taffy was a Christmas gift for my husband from our children so besides myself being bummed my kids are as well. It’s frustrating that the customer service isn’t as good as the taffy.

A cute little shop filled with tons of different taffy flavors. We especially love the huckleberry and caramel popcorn. The shopkeepers were friendly and courteous. The only thing I would request is a scale or something so that you can keep track of how much taffy you are buying etc. before you get to the register.

What a charming little shop! Loved the nostalgic lunch boxes and tins, and old candies I remembered from my childhood. They have free samples of taffy to try also, which brings a sweet smile to our entire group. Fun spot to stop and will be back again our next visit through Leavenworth!

If you like Taffy, then this is THE place for you! Lots of varieties and other candies, too.

A lot of taffy I got was stale and staff wasn't that friendly or helpful. Probably wouldn't go back.
