The variety of cream tea has me and my friends always coming back. I'd say it's one of the best in town. I've hooked so many people I know to this place.

Love Teahouse Tapioca off Kirby. They make delicious boba teas and are very friendly!

Service is always commendable. . should come up with different drinks

I only gave them 4 stars because no one ever seems to pick up the phone when you need to speak to someone. But drinks are good.

This location isn’t the greatest. When coming to this location expect a 10-20 minute wait for a drink.

Open till 900pm.  I place my order from home and do take out.  They are good in my requests for 1/4 the of sugar that is normally added.  March- May is strawberry season- try a half strawberry , half avocado. I love this smoothie.
