This is what every shop should be: a courteous, extremely knowledgeable dude just trying to sell some good stuff. Free samples of tea, humor, good stuff. Good dude.

They never answered the phone , we work in the same building and i see them when i go down ! i van call 4 times and no answer. Horrible !

I only go here once in a while, but luckily I’ve never had a messed up order or dull flavor, unlike some of the other reviews. The workers are polite and the drinks are good!

The tea is good. The only issue is the service at this location. They are very slow or don't listen to your order and get it completely wrong and then are rude when you ask if it could be redone. For a better Teahouse experience, I would suggest the one in Rice Village.

Nice place for some good teas. Enjoyable little place with pretty good service.
