We ordered the Texas Cuban - more than enough for 2 people. Staff is super friendly. We also got the plantains (which I was quite weary about) but they were awesome! It took a little longer than a typical trailer to get the food out to us, but I have to assume it's because they took the time to make the food right there instead of having pre-made food sitting there waiting. Can't complain about that!

Really good Cuban sandwiches in a trailer that has stood the test of time in Austin. Be prepared for a wait, this is food made to order but it is worth the wait. The sides like plantains are Cuban favorites as well.

I love me a cuban sandwich. This place is no exception. I love how Austin places take classic eats and make them unique. This is a good trailer to stop by.

I liked the sandwich. It is a little pricey but good food. They gave my dog some water so the service is awesome :)

Best truck in town. Make sure to call in order It takes them a while to make sandwich. This is not fast food.
