I didn't go in it was curbside service they were quick and the young lady was very nice and courteous.

DO NOT order your textbooks from here. Your order will not be fulfilled until weeks after the day you initially pay. By the time my order was fulfilled, I no longer needed the textbooks for my courses and they refused to issue any sort of refund. Unacceptable.
