I sent a package to my grandmother in Florida, when she got it the box was smashed. Teo days later my credit card was charged by UPS. I called them and they said my measurements where wrong. The box said 12x12x12. Tell me why it was charged as a 13x13 inch box. Luckily the stuff I sent her a sweater, but still. Either take better care of my packages or don't charge me when you crush them... Fedex is where it's at.

This store has really wonderful customer service - always friendly & fast, with helpful advice. I've been there many times and always had the same experience.

My go-to for shipping. Prices are fair and many options are offered, and they often help find ways to save money that I wasn't aware of. Wait times are far less than the post office, and customer service is excellent.
