They have been around for many years, but only due to there being limited competition in the area. The technicians work well with print apparatuses, but anything else is outside of their scope of expertise. Most of the guys are trained on very specific things and outside of that they have very limited knowledge or training.

ABS is fantastic. They are always very nice and quick to respond to our requests for help. Not only are they nice, but they have been able to fix every problem we have had. I highly recommend.

They charge very high rates for technicians that don't know what they are doing. I have worked in two different offices using their services and we had to cancel in both. There were perpetual billing errors on top of the inadequate service.

Very professional, quickly answers any troubleshooting call (which are rare), always enjoyable to work with! Love the staff at ABS!

ABS has supplied and supported print, IT and VoIP technologies for us. They have a very knowledgeable staff and A+ + Customer Service.
