Let me begin by say, I have never written a review...ever. In the heat of moments or on the tail end of a jet stream...never. There are always two sides to every story. Today I share mine. I arrived to the store with a few items that needed to be returned from the gifting season of the holidays. When I first approached the counter, I told the representative that I was not familiar with the Amazon return process and I had a few questions. Instead of letting me ask my questions, I was interrupted on several occasions with information that didn’t pertain to my question. I waited until she was finished speaking and asked if I could ask my question uninterrupted. After asking my question, she didn’t know the answer so she passed it to another co-worker who was helping another guest and interrupted her service. As best as the co-worker tried she still didn’t answer my question. Then representative in front of me, continued to take items from me and asked if my question was answered. So I rephrased the question, and rephrased again. Then the representative begin typing aggressively on the computer, left to get the other co-worker; told the other co-worker I was angry. At this point I was beginning to get upset because her temperament was not that of customer service but of hostility and accusing me of being angered. I then took my items that need to be mailed, told her that she was rude and had bad customer service. Before I left I had seen a superior in the office & request to speak to her. The rude representative that was helping me was now in the middle of helping another customer & abandoned this other customer to run to her manager to beat me to her. So at this point, she has interrupted me several times, interrupted her co-worker, abandoned a customer, and is running to the boss to cover her backside. Once I spoke with the owner of the franchise, it became clear as day why this kind of work ethic is condoned. The owner stated we are simply a drop off location for Amazon, we only make $1 off each return box ( giving me the impression I don’t give a stink about your business or possible future business). The owner continued with excuses of we are yelled and cussed at all day long and nobody is perfect. Then I came home ready to write my first review. The evening came and went and I thought about letting it go, but then I read all of the other customer reviews! Why didn’t I read these before I came to this store!?! I could have saved myself a lot of heartache. This location truly is the epitome of terrible customer service! In my best advice do not visit this location!!! There are plenty of other businesses vying for your support.

I sent a package to my little brother who is active military in turkey back in October. The tracking number never worked and he never received it. I got back in the mail yesterday with the box completely damaged and wet. I will never use this store again.

If I could give a negative star, I would do it. I am an Amazon seller and Amazon has a special contract with UPS for shipping to their warehouses. Today, I needed to ship an Amazon order to Greece. I decided to go here instead of to the USPS, which I normally use, because it was closer. They attempted to charge me $162 for my 4 oz, small envelope parcel. I had specifically said that I wanted the least expensive rate possible. They said that was the cheapest. I said that something was wrong and that I knew better. They insisted that it was correct. I told them that I ship internationally all the time. I went to the USPS and shipped the package First Class International and it cost me $13.50, which was about what I expected. This is actually not the first time that I have had an encounter at this store where they tried to cheat me. This store is run by incompetents or crooks or both. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU.
