The UPS Store

Always been friendly and helpful. I've had a box here for almost a year, and never had an issue.

The staff has always been peasant to deal with however I do notice the other reviews say otherwise. I've gone there at least 15 times and have not had any bad experiences. The prices are not the best, but they are quite convenient.

They charge handling fees, so if you go in with a pre-paid label, you still have to fork over some money. The staff is NOT a pleasure to deal with. They often have attitude, charge for extra services (without asking!!!)--such as insurance, & complicate transactions that need not be. I go to the Staples store now to do all my shipping: friendly, easy, no "handling fees", & complete competence.

I called in asking where to pick up a package and was told it wasn't at this store which was not a problem until the guy on the phone informed me they are not UPS and they are owned out of Russellville. (Even though store has UPS on the front) I asked for the number to the Russellville store and said clerk would not provide info, I then asked to speak to a manager. He hung up on me. I called back, reached the same guy who would not give me his name and again I asked for a manager. Clerk sat phone down (could hear them talking in back ground) and no one ever came back to the phone. I waited 15 mins hoping someone would get on the line to clarify where to pick up my package.
