On Saturday, April 14th, I tried calling the store because I needed to have a document notarized and I doubted they would have a notary working. I called five times and they never answered. I drove to the store, which was empty, not a single customer, just to have the salesperson tell me they didn’t have a notary working. Poor customer service. Why list a phone number on your website if you’re not going to answer???

Horrible, horrible printing service. Incompetent staff. They do not care about your time. Waited 20 minutes for them to print one document and they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with their printer. 0/5 would not recommend.
