The UPS Store

I always have a pleasant experience each time I go to this store. The employees are super helpful and always have a good attitude. I'm not sure how long each employee has been working here but they seem to have built strong relationships with the locals and have good rapport with each person that walks in.

First time sending via UPS receive often. Cori was fast, friendly, and helpful. Found me the best rate for my need. Even apologized for answering the business line; shared with her the one of the worst things a business can do is not answer the phone!

I arrived at 2:48, 12 minutes before closing on Sunday August 1, and there were two employees in the store with the door locked. They rudely told me to “go away”. They acknowledged it was not yet 3:00 but told me they “had stuff to do”.

Service was fast.

Don’t go to this store if you don’t want your package stolen. Happened to me twice now! Read previous reviews.

Awesome customer service! Great atmosphere, everyone try their best to get you in and out. Phillip always takes care of me! He’s my go-to! Ask for him you won’t regret it ! Thank you Phillip!!!
