I needed a notary and copies. Rebecca assisted me, and even though there were, at least, 5 other customers waiting she worked swiftly, yet handled my transaction with attention to my transaction and no sweat! Thanks Rebecca!
Just came here again to print and there was a line out the door that didn’t look as if everyone could be serviced by close at 7pm, miraculously the two working sorry to not have taken names kept their cool and were so helpful and professional to all including having held to the side some copies I had tried to make several days prior that were not printed since the printer had run out of paper and I hadn’t checked all before paying and leaving! That was really appreciated! Thanks to the team that deals with stress in a calm way and holds on to items for days not knowing if the client will return or not!
Nice location. The staff is super polite and helpful. I was in and out. There plenty of parking despite all of the construction to the lot. Definitely my new go-to ups store.
They don’t honor Amazon “package-less returns” at this location! I had an Amazon return QR code that said: “Take your item to The UPS Store and they will scan your return code, package and ship your return for FREE” However the associate that I interacted with told me I would have to purchase a box from them!! I pointed out that it said I didn’t need to package it, which she dismissed saying, “well it has to go out in something!” So I contacted Amazon about it and they confirmed that The UPS Store is supposed to package it for me! They said they’ll investigate it and take appropriate action, but who knows? I imagine they are trying to save or make a little money on packaging supplies, while probably also charging Amazon for the same thing… very unscrupulous. So just make sure you have a box or poly mailing bag with you no matter what your return instructions say, unless you don’t mind buying them at a heavy markup.
Did not have a good experience shipping a laptop for my work- one employee was in training and didn’t know anything about anything and primary employee was trying to train the employee and did not CLEARLY articulate all options to ship my computer. Basic customer service skills are no longer taught and it’s sad that companies do not properly train new employees before going live. Stay away from this location. I prefer Cambridge square much more
For the first I have to say I am disappointed in the UPS in Chamblee Plaza. All my Amazon packages come double packed. This time when I came and picked up my package it was not. No matter what I order from Amazon all my packages come boxed in Amazon company logo and tape. But dont worry I am callin corporate
Worst experience at a UPS store ever. Rude and condescending employees. Could barely be civil to us when returning Amazon items. Last time I go there. Too many other decent businesses I can give my money to. Good luck and riddance.
Today was my first experience with a UPS Store - what a good look and customerservice from Mr. Colin WOOOOW!!! Thaaank you so much for assisting me with this entire! Very impressed and very satisfied all is handled. Mr. Colin was extremely helpfulp, prompt and handled all with A+ Customerservice. Thank you Sir
Came this morning to drop off a package and the store was closed despite the sign on the door saying they opened at 830. Waited until 835 and no one showed up so I went to another UPS that is actually open when they say.
Everyone at this UPS store is extremely helpful and thorough. I have been using this UPS for years and have had only excellent experiences. I have no idea who the complainers could be talking about except some part-timers with unusual crowd. This UPS store is excellent!
