Surprised to see such a low score here. The team seems to be well trained and is always focused on getting you taken care of and back to your day. A driver outside the store even offered to load my package so it could make it on his truck and get where it was going that much sooner.
This store is crazy, try to charge me $2 for Amazon return saying it was the cost to print the label. Insanity! I have $2 but I'm not trying to get pimped. I have been doing Amazon prime and returns for more than 10yrs and no other location has attempted to charge me to print the label.
This is one of my favorite UPS stores located in this area! It's easy in and there is plenty of free parking! And the staff is friendly and very helpful! #upstucker
The nicest young men work at the UPS store at Shamrock Plaza at closing time. I’ve been there a few times - always 10 minutes before closing, and they are patient, respectful, soft spoken, and efficient. What a pleasure doing business there!
I paid for overnight delivery so the package get delivers on time. Upon confirming with the front desk person he said the deliveries date and time in black writing are for sure the exact time and date and the writings in blue were not sure for confirm delivery for that date and time.so I paid highest price quoted for confirmed delivery.and my package is still not delivered. They are just trying to make more money.the other-location on braircliff is my regular spot and their service is excellent and what their sytem says about delivery is accurate. I am so disappointed by this experience. Will never do to the shamrock location.
I made an appointment for notary services for 2:00pm today for my pregnant wife who is experiencing bad morning sickness. I was given 2 appointment reminders for this and when I arrived I was told the notary wasn’t there today and that it’s my problem and I should’ve known that I can’t make appointments for notary on the website. It has to be done via a personal email addressed to the notary. Really bad look for UPS and terrible service by this location.
Lousy customer service. People don't seem to know what they're doing, there's no coordination with the notary or fingerprinting services, and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone.
This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a UPS store. So, let me start by saying if you need to be fingerprinted DO NOT go to this location. I received the worse service possible. The people that work there are VERY unprofessional. They stand behind the counter and yell orders at you while you are at the fingerprinting computer. The thing is though I DIDN'T ASK FOR YOUR HELP. As soon as I walked in some woman in a red shirt yelled from behind the counter: "IF YOU ARE HERE FOR FINGERPRINTING PLEASE STEP IN THIS LINE." Well, I actually thought when someone walked in the first thing you said was "Hello".... But to make a long and short of the entire disaster the people working their openly complained about the machine and how they were tired of it and tired of helping people with it all day. It was absolutely horrible. I was so disgusted with my experience that I reached out to the actual UPS customer service and was told that all UPS stores are franchise locations. So they gave me the information of the department to complain to that controls all franchises. Please believe me, the owner will receive a strongly worded email from me. He or she needs to take more time to hire better employees because it was more like a circus in there than a store.
This location handled my camera repair shipment with care and worked out the details with the UPS/Canon customer program with ease. They even packaged it for me. A1 quality!
Had some Important immigration letters that had to be sent out, a few copies of documents and these guys were informative on what I needed to do and professional. Very fast! Will recommend friends and family to come to this location!
