Came to this store two times to ship an item and left both times after waiting for more than 15 minutes. A couple of others that were in front of me left the store also. The two other UPS Store on N. Decatur had more customers in the store and was able to help me in less than 5 minutes.
Printer does not work at this location. Someone takes USB inside to a computer and print the pages. What personal information they read is not clear. Second they charge for scanning the document at $1 for 2 pages. I got charged $2 for scanning 4 pages and 60 cents for printing. This seems arbitrary charge.
Terrible. Line out the door. 1 person working the register. Move like molasses in this store. I hope I never have to go here again. Needs new management. The owner should be in here helping out. This isn’t the first time it’s been terrible.
I can never be in and out this store. It’s always 30 minutes at the least I have to be in here and they don’t answer the phone. I run a business and I ship through this UPS store, they can’t locate my package I sent with $300 worth of merchandise
I don’t understand why they ALWAYS have one person working. There is always a line and I feel bad giving one star because the Jacoby is great but the long wait and change in hours all the time HORRIBLE.

On June 11, 2021, I walked over 1 mile to this store with 3 packages with the understanding it closed at 6:30pm on Friday. That’s what the internet and the store sign said. I arrived at 5:45pm. They had already closed. Workers were inside but refused to re-open. That’s not OK.
Extremely busy and INEFFICIENT UPS store. The wait time for such a small store is unreasonably high with any menial task taking them 15 minutes to complete. The staff work with flat affects, are not friendly or welcoming... literally the DMV is better. Save your precious time and go do your business elsewhere
