I went here instead of the 5th ave location after reading the horrible reviews about the manager's attitude at that location regarding printing labels. This location charges $2.41 to print a label, and has you send it to their store email. While it would be much preferred for the printing of a single label to be free, the women working at the counter was incredibly friendly, and clearly communicated the price before printing. I arrived soon after opening at 8am, and there was plenty of street parking right in front of the store.
Even though this location is a long drive from my home, I made the journey out because they are one of the few stores open on Sunday. It's downtown, so parking is not great, but the staff I interacted with was wonderful. I had a bunch of Amazon returns to do, and the young man working the counter was very patient with me while I organized each one by one. The store was clean, and the service was fast. Nothing not to like at all. Great experience and will come back for sure if I need additional Sunday service.
I used to love going to this UPS location since it is close to my house. The guy who used to work there, Stew, was so friendly and always went above and beyond. The new guy they replaced him with is not only the rudest person i've ever met, but incredibly unhelpful. Didn't give me any other alternative options, just kept talking down to me. I drive out of my way now to avoid having to interact with him.
A very nice place, the staff was very friendly, especially the cute blonde girl, they treated me very quickly and without complications, good customer service, the packaging was perfectly, everything arrived in perfect condition. 100% highly recommended, worth going. I will always return to this place.
They stole from you and the store manager would lie in front of your face. This store should be shut down immediately! Rude and disgusting people working here. To the store manager, have fun with your minimal wage cause that’s way more than what you deserve with your micro brain and reek mouth
I love this location. Staff is ALWAYS helpful, kind, knowledgeable & professional. The atmosphere is also always pleasant. I have absolutely no complaints.
Unfortunately, they put my label on the completely wrong package and my family member did not receive their birthday gifts. They received a woman's shoe. That's right, not a pair, not a matching set, but one lone, lonely shoe. Somewhere out there, a damsel's foot is bereft, a shoe yearns for its lost twin, and Cinderella's story got a very bizarre twist. One can't help but wonder about the grand cosmic dance that allows such quirky moves to take place. Is there a secret shoe society out there whose 'sole' design is to create mischief and confusion? Or maybe the universe, in its infinite jest, delivers us lone shoes as a poignant reminder: it's all random. We will never know the answers. But, that's ok. Uncertainty is a part of the human condition. Kierkegaard tells us, "Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced." So savor the highs, learn from the lows, and dance in between unless of course, you're missing a shoe, in which case, call me. UPDATE: Yessika went ABOVE AND BEYOND to remedy the situation! She deserves major props for the effort she put in to make the giant corporate wheels of UPS spin in the right direction. I'm also happy to report that, thanks to Yessika and this review, the shoe has found its way to it's rightful and very happy owner. Balance has been restored to the shoeniverse.
It was a quick and easy process! The staff was super friendly! It's a little place but that's all u need when u have to send or receive a package. Only thing that sucked was the parking. U had to find a place to park along a busy street and with a baby and a 5 year old it was kinda scary!
Everyone at this place is very friendly and fast to help, special shout out goes to Armando! Always has a big smile!
So I’m live in the short north and I have a package which is being delivered to me…via UPS. UPS made 1 attempt to deliver on Friday, 12/16/22. Left a ticket and told me to walk myself down to the the store to get it. Never mind I paid for delivery to my door. And….I happen to have a broken toe….I would hate to see what they do to the Elderly or disabled. WHAT business is UPS in….oh, right, DELIVERY! I signed the slip and changed this on their website to deliver to my home. Praying and crossing fingers for the service I paid for because the guy on the phone was no help. He told me to walk and he cancelled the survey at the end of the call. Follow up: Still no delivery. And still my tag hangs on my mailbox with no reply and he comes everyday. Chris is the delivery guy per the store.
