I think the only reason some people still have jobs is because they are willing to show up. There is a major shortage of people willing to work. Every business is short staffed these days. I work in sales/ customer service, and we are SEVERELY understaffed. People just aren't applying for jobs. This makes me understand that employees who are there, are tired, overworked, and usually underpaid...i know i sure am, but I treat every customer with the respect, courtesy, and attention I would expect to recieve. This place does NOT. Their employees are garbage. I stood in line as Eli took forever helping the person in front of me. No one acknowledged me as I entered the store. No greeting, no "welcome", no assurance that they would be right with me...nothing! The female employee was on the phone the entire time. I could hear her conversation, and it was about the weather, lunch, and apparently what the weekend plans were. It was anything but work related. After nearly 20 min, Eli got to me. He wasn't rude, but definitely not friendly and damn sure NOT in a hurry. After another 15 min, I got my package sent out. As I left, the girl was still chit chatting on her phone call. I come here a lot because it's close and on my way home from work. I absolutely dread having to visit this store. I procrastinate until the very last minute. These employees just DO NOT care about the customers. They are there doing the bare minimum to keep their jobs, and management is ok with that because they can't find anyone else whos dependable and willing to work. It's truly pathetic.
I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. Yo do an Amazon return you have to use the self-service kiosk. I have my own job, I don’t want to do yours too. 3 people in line for the kiosk. No one in the regular. Thank goodness Brittany was helpful. The guy there was too lazy to help. Find another place. Don’t use this one !
Incredibly rude service. I was dropping off a return to Amazon and didn’t realize it needed to be taped up and labeled. The girl working I won’t mention her name, just that she was working 1:00p on 9/12/23 actually told me I was a BURDEN to UPS workers because I didn’t tape it up. She proceeded to lecture me about how Amazon returns work. It was wild and I won’t go back to that location ever- Kohls for my returns from now on.
Rude very rude, just sending out a phone my package has the usps option or ups I live closer to ups I came here she tries to send me off to usps. I said it says either usps or ups, she then says that's not my point. If you don't like doing your job or doing actual work find another job.
Customer service sucks. No one in store as I walk in. Person behind counter is busy doing work and never acknowledges me, as I stand there waiting she just says ready when you are without looking up. I said “ok this is a return” she says “yep, done”. I still say thank as courtesy but no your welcome or anything. Society and customer service has gone far down hill. This was 9:30 in the morning too.
Hours on building and online state they’re open on Sundays from 10-3. Sadly, this is not the case. What a waste of my time. :
One guy working, 5 customers out the door. No thanks
Nice facilities, easy to access your box, the workers are super friendly, they recognize you when you come in the door and grab your packages for you. Overall wonderful place! Only thing is when it's rush hour it takes a while cuz there's only 2 desks and shipping is pretty expensive. But if you can deal with those minor inconveniences, I'd highly recommend!
Twice now the driver hasn't delivered to my door when we've been home waiting so it gets sent to this place. I've gotten emails that say package is ready for pickup but when I get there they tell me its not until after 1:30 & that information is on the note left on the door. Well, if the driver bothered to come to the door I might have one of those handy notes. Also, the guy that works there clearly hates his job & shouldn't be working in customer service. Rolls his eyes when there's an issue brought up & won't answer questions about policies saying he knows nothing about how the corporate emails work. Simple question can't be answered by your staff? Ridiculous.
Make sure you read the fine print when shipping something because they will lie to your face about delivery dates. Also, what they say are not guaranteed because they are a franchise and not actually UPS. I knew they were a franchise but I actually thought they were backed by UPS, not true. They will charge you for 2 day delivery but don't expect to get it until after a week or longer as it will sit at a hub for 3 days and not move. I will be using other shipping methods from now on if i have a choice I will no longer choose UPS.
