I was recently recommended this UPS store by an auction company near them. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote, awesome at picking-up the piece for shipment, and I just received the box last night. They did an amazing job wrapping the piece of art so that it arrived safely. Thanks very much!
Staff had great communication and were very helpful, particularly Randy. I had a painting packed and shipped and it was packaged with great care. Having had some bad transit experiences with art, I was extremely happy with the level of care and professionalism.
While I can understand how individuals cannot have answers, I have a problem with an employee answering and saying they do not know how to help. I asked about a missed scheduled pick-up and this individual said they could not actually help. Even with a tracking and confirmation number, this employee could not answer my question and just said call UPS's customer service line. Why can you not work with your local customers? I'll just take our business elsewhere.
I was in last week to ship presents to out of state family. I had a stack of 6 boxes going to 4 locations and the person assisting me was patient, despite a long line forming behind me. I know me holding up the line was likely annoying for the people waiting, but the service I received was great. Thank you!
The staff today went above and beyond what’s expected for customer service at Ups. Highly recommend this team for all your shipping needs. Cody was the best and so patient while I tried to access a UPS code for a label I couldn’t print from the office. The website isn’t the same for the ups company and he was invested in making sure I was taken care of and my customers got their eyeglasses shipped so they can live and see! Thank you so much to the staff and manager. 100 stars!
I know it isn't the most fun work to do on a Sat morning, but the young man probably mid to late 20s with balding, reddish blonde very short hair is not made for customer service. Rather than telling me where to find the email to send my return label for him to print he just points to the sign, not even a "you're welcome" after I say thanks when we're finished.
Really very helpful and put in a lot of effort to help safely pack a print that I had won from a local auction house. Will certainly use them again.
I highly recommend this store. I recently shipped a large keepsake chair and stool from this store to Seattle. The Ups staff member, Randy, was very friendly and professional. He explained in detail the shipping options and how the chair would be packed to protect it. I was so impressed that he sent me an email the next week to follow-up with me about if the chair had been received and how to coordinate delivery. Overall, I was very impressed with his friendly manner, attentiveness to detail and followup. His service went above and beyond and I would give him 6 stars if that was possible. :
I was the successful bidder in a recent Minneapolis auction. I needed to have the posters I won collected, packed and shipped to me in Toronto. Randy and his team provided excellent service at an extremely reasonable price. They have my highest recommendation.
Rude and unprofessional. From the manager who is always unhappy and unfriendly to the person I talked to today about a refused package. No help at all and basically said because they refused it, it's now on USPS. No tracking system of who did what, just their word that they sent it back. I understand that you have a policy regarding mail refusal but the lack of customer service is unacceptable and disrespectful to say the least!! Update: My mailbox was not closed two months ago! It was closed November 23rd I have the email and Randy I am very disappointed in you because the conversation we had over the phone was not like this. Your office has an issue with criticism so in return you lie on your customer? So my point is proven! Wrath? Really? I came in there asking where my package was and YOUR staff was rude and unprofessional so yes, I was frustrated and annoyed at their lackluster I-could-care-less attitude. Your response is a lie and you should be ashamed of yourself as a manager! . As I told you on our call, the package was not supposed to go to your store knowing my mailbox was closed. All of you are unprofessional and it shows in your review responses. You didn't have this type of response on our call so for you to change up lets me know that I made the right decision to not renew my mailbox and take my business elsewhere. I told you I was going to update my review to reflect our discussion but instead you lie on me? I will definitely escalate to corporate and let them handle it.
