The gentleman here on Christmas Eve was SO helpful. I needed tickets printed for a gift and he helped me do it in Amazon quality with card stock and even cut the paper for me to look like tickets. So friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
UPS lost a $500+ Reptile enclosure, that is claimed to have been delivered to a reptile store instead of our house. We paid for package protection and UPS is doing nothing to help. They said it was most likely stolen and “we” have to figure it out and contact the sender for refund. But if it was stolen, why does the tracker claimed it was delivered to a reptile store? UPS messed up and will not admit they’re at fault.
The staff at this UPS location stole a phone that was being mailed. Package was checked in, never moved beyond that.

Just mailed my passport for renewal at this UPS location. After a crazy/horrible morning dealing with the Passport place and DMV in Roseville, I got to experience what great customer service feels like at UPS! Real human kindness! So thankful there are still places that are thoughtful and kind.
Pretty clear they open at 8:00 AM. But not opened now and it's 8:20 AM! Disappointing. 09/02/2022
First the guy didn’t know what mailing certified was… he kept trying to charge me for priority $17-$24 and kept having to call someone over the phone. Then the guy over the phone manager told him they had certified then he had to call again then he said they was out of the certified stickers… just to have to drive 8 minutes to the next one for them to charge me double of what the post office charge. So frustrating so $8 to send a letter certified when the post office charge $3 doesn’t make sense
Larry and his staff were wonderful. It's a long story, but when a third-party refused to acknowledge that they had received a package that I shipped from this UPS store, Larry and his team BENT OVER BACKWARDS to help me. I believe that they eventually spent several hours helping me track down my package and document everything. It is rare to receive this kind of "service after the sale" these days. These guys are the absolute best and they have a customer for life in me.
