Extremely professional and friendly staff. After the delivery people destroyed my $4000 gaming PC, the people at this store were very happy to process the claim and assist with my refund.
Fast service, had to print out 24 pages and it was fast and efficient.
Above and beyond the normal customer service duties. I shipped a package to Texas back in November almost 2 months ago that unfortunately has been lost. The claim, because it was paid for by the company I’m shipping to, has to be initiated by them. A drop-off receipt is required, and lesson learned, keep it until received, wasn’t. With the extra help of Fabian and Bill, they were able to recover and email it to me. Problem hopefully solved, but the fact that these two gentlemen took a few extra minutes to help, meant a whole lot. Mahalo!!!!
For someone who had a particular request of service at the UPS Store # 3904, Brennan came through for me above and beyond what I normally see from customer service reps. With patience and courtesy, Brennan diligently helped me remotely obtain a UPS store mailbox rental in another state from his store locally. It was a process and he was there to deliver all my needs and even explained to me extra info that I would have never known if he didn't say anything. Brennan and the entire staff treats everyone with excellence as I only choose their UPS store over others. In fact, the UPS store on Makaloa Street has higher prices and no courtesy in customer service. Kudos to Brennan for his detail oriented hard work to help me.
I needed a few copies made and was pleased with the courteous and prompt service.

Fabian and Brennan here were so incredibly helpful!! Extremely nice and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! I had gone to another UPS store near Kaheka on Friday and the guy told me he would not mail my package because it was a recycled toaster box. He said it wouldn’t ship because of the writing and graphics on the box. I have a million Amazon boxes at home so did not want to pay the $6.99 or whatever price he was saying I needed to buy a new box. I took my package home and 3 days later came to the store on Bishop street. They told me absolutely they would mail it and shared that the owner of this location wants to make sure they provide the best possible service to their customers here. I brought my own tape but they taped it up securely with their supplies and shared that ‘this is the kind of service we can provide’. I was incredibly grateful and wish I could’ve had this experience at the other store and my package could’ve been shipped 3 days earlier. This location doesn’t have parking so I opted to biki over. If I ever need to ship UPS, I will definitely try to do it from here. The service offered makes up for everything else. Thank you guys!! Writing this from outside the store...
Don’t go this location for notary. They offer multiple time slots online for notary but they do not have any one on staff. The notary is available only at 12:30pm for walk-ins.
We decided to give the UPS mailbox a try, because USPS sucks! I contacted the store via email, and Fabian was the one that helped me out. He responded super quick and was super helpful with my questions. We went in the store to complete the paperwork and Fabian was there to help us. He was a delight!! Super helpful! He went above and beyond my definition of customer service. I am very pleased with my UPS store! Thank you for being awesome Fabian!
Came to this location even though it was a farther drive from my home because the reviews for the Bougainville location were awful. There is no parking in downtown so we parked in the 3 minute loading zone. It literally took a minute to process my amazon returns and get a receipt. The cashier was so nice and pleasant. Will be returning to this location in the near future for all of my UPS transactions!
