Worst experience. I usually love UPS. I had the most aggressive experience with the female store manager with long dark hair. So rude to me and my mother. Trying to drop off a simple Amazon return and she could not have had a worse attitude. I feel bad that UPS is being represented by this woman. Not helpful and mean.
Heinous costumer service from the large female associate, she should be fired! I asked for pricing for shipping my small bag and she rudely asked me, "What are you blind?!" Yes, in fact I do have trouble seeing. She was so mad with my answer that she threw my small bag on the floor and broke my items. I took my business elsewhere.
It’s a UPS store, so it functions. I was dropping off Amazon returns here, as I have done hundreds of times at various UPS stores. **There is a miserable woman who works here who has a STANK attitude for no reason. Throwing packages for no reason. Get a new job, gurl.** Lolol… just read all the other reviews. I guess she’s mean to everyone. There’s a pic of her on another review. THATS THE ONE. Lolol!!!!! Maybe now she’s just doing it to maintain her reputation. UPS - examine your employees!!! Read your google reviews!!
the absolute worst. the lady working there with long straight hair has the biggest attitude for no reason. like ok you don't want to work there don't take it out on the customers. rude as hell.
Calling out this UPS Store location as the best one I have visited! I have had great customer service here from the whole team but Joe is wonderful and he is always willing to help!
Convenient to print quickly, but pricey. I spent $20 to print 20 pages of 8x11 paper and spent 5 minutes on the computer. Just like other printing companies—they charge you to use their computer. The attendant was rude just like other reviewers said—I walked in and seemed disinterested in helping me. If you need a place to print asap and you have no other choice then come here. If you have time, you might want to go elsewhere.
First Lady I encountered was not nice but when I went back, Paula who was working there was the best. Hope her and her daughter continue living with “gusto” :
Employees are very rude and dismissive. I got a notification that a package was ready for pickup and when I got there they told me the package had not been scanned in. I asked them if they could scan it in since I was here and they said no for no reason. A huge waste of time.
Amazing service in this store the women behind the counter was so kind and polite and very helpful when I asked her questions , she told me all I needed to know clear and she was very professional, I would say give her a raise 10/10
First time I was there the clerk made me pay 25 dollars just to package a regular with a box size 15X15 box. Then second time went there with a box but without tape, asked the clerk for help with some tape. She responded that I will have to buy an overpriced whole round of tape if I want some tape. I the third time thought to myself, let me give them one more chance since it’s the closest to where I live, but this time they still disappoint me. I went in there bought a 10x10 box paid, paid the 5 dollar overpriced printing fee to print my own label. Went there with a tape gun ready to tape it up myself… Then the clerk that I have always encountered told me that I am not allowed to tape my package up in the store, she said not in my store, but you can take it outside. It was snowing today, and taping a package by my own on the far corner of the store will impact their service? I don’t really get why the customer doing all the work that they should provide. Called the customer service and got directed to the cooperate office phone line where only a robot is answering and hang up my call after providing no explanation or availability of agents. Really overpriced shipping and no customer service at all. The clerks at the counter were all chatting to each other, calling on the phone. Not mad here just totally dissatisfied with their service.
