Worst service, they took my credit card and charge me after I cancel a delivery. The guy at the desk Doesn’t know even to talk Worst service ever.! Do not ever come there There’s a fedex just one block from there!!!

Whoever is working there now, before 10am on Monday 12/21/20, give her a raise. Pink hat and braids, and I think an olive green jacket. Quick, friendly, sweet, helpful, made my day. Typo fixed 10/22/21

no notary services even thought the UPS website says so and I was able to make an appointment for it. Be aware if you need important documents notarized on time.

These people are so incompetent or uncaring.They never told me that if I insure a package, a signature is needed. I guess I should have known, but they should have told me. Now I am screwed.

They are never actually here at the time they say they open e.g., 8:30am and the door is locked with the lights off.

The young lady that helped me was super nice and helpful. Great customer service. I believe the bad reviews come from customers who feel they are privileged and think just because there are people working there that everything should be done for them and feel the need to blame the workers that are there to help us not do it for us.

Website and the hours listed on the store door say it opens at 830am, Monday-Friday. It’s 845am rushed over here before I have to work and it’s closed/no one is inside. People base their schedules on the store hours that are listed. Not acceptable.
