The UPS Store

At 9:11 employee shows up with over six people in line. We’ve been here since before 9: am. She waves us off and goes inside. Asks for a moment. ———- now at 9:14 am there’s a line down the sidewalk of almost 10 customers Pens 15 minutes late

No issues ever with packages at this store, but UPS needs to give their employees good working air conditioner or fans at the very least. It's amazing the employees here don't lose their cool with systems not working properly, long lines, and being so hot inside. All of the employees here are great and you can tell they work so hard!

Ups failed to deliver the package and has no customer support. This is an issue with global support but local staff can’t get me in touch with UPS Support or even help locate my package.

Every time I come here the staff is not helpful Jay street’s printer was broken and apparently they are closing early also. Literally always a bad experience here.

Excellent service! I opened a business mailbox. It was an easy process. The staff was on point!

This store has limited services! They advertise passport photos but I just went in and they told me no photos because a machine is broken but the sign advertises passport photos available. The sign is in the front window : I heard a person call for a notary. and was told there will be no notary at the MONTAGUE Street UPS store until April 2nd but today March 26th.

Horrible Customer Service. They are Horrible with shipping. They disregard your concerns and questions and rush to attend to Caucasian customers.. I Shipped 2 packages here going to the same location. One was delivered the other was not. I contacted ups numerous times and was told to go to the store to file a claim. At the store they refused to refund my money for the contents of the package and basically told me the package was not covered and I was out of $200 plus shipping charges. They refused to help me further. I will never spend money here again.

Court street is a total nightmare, but this branch is a delight. Every time I deal with UPS now I walk the extra block and hike up the stairs just to deal with the knowledgeable and helpful staff at this location!!! Give them a raise!!!

I have been using this location for over 10 years to store and ship my products. They are very professional and get my products out quickly. I ship a lot of overseas packages and if there are any customs issues, Brian resolves them immediately. This is not usually common practice among shippers which makes this location extra special. I highly recommend.

This is the BEST and EASIEST UPS store i have ever been to. I use it for all of my office needs since I only Have a lap top and work from home. It is rarely busy and they always have an adequate number of staff members around making the wait time low. I use The internet, print, fax, ship, and upload things there. It’s so much cleaner and calmer then the FED EX on Court st. Around the corner. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.
