The black guy who works here with the long hair/dreads is the worst. He’s rude every time I drop off a package. Every single time. As if he has the hardest job in the world. I will no longer come to this place. DONT COME HERE. There are other locations

waited until 15 minutes past opening time to drop off returns and no one showed up. someone needs to do a management check on this place. very unprofessional. also tried calling an hour later to see if someone’s there so i won’t have to walk back and forth but seems like they were still closed.

How can a UPS Store treat it’s employers yet alone the customers in such a inhumane way. The Owner, is horrific and has something coming for him.

They charge $4 to print a UPS label that you already paid for, and they’ll be rude to you about it. Just go to fedex, or USPS, or DHL, or consider just hand delivering your goods.
