The UPS Store

This is the most unprofessional store ever. The owner should probably change the business hours. Said opens at 8 and its never open on time. Is not a shortage of people working. It's people just don't want to work. I had hauled multiple heavy packages weighing more than 50 pounds. I was the first to wait. Then came the USPS truck also came waiting to pick up packages and third another person waiting for drop off. What a waste of my time and anyone else's.

Ups stores are usually very helpful. I can’t believe how rude these people are. Worst attitudes. I said “good morning” and nothing. “How are you doing today?” Nothing. “Have a good day.” NOTHING. No interpersonal skills. If you are doing anything more than a drop-off you won’t get much help….

Here are a few things this place needs to improve: 1 Update your hours: it is unfair how it says open at 8 AM, but then it is not making people wait in the freezing cold. If you say open at a certain time, then please be open. 2 Hire more people: the service is decent but more people need to be hired since there are times when it would be a whole line and no one wants to wait maybe have self-scan or something

Don't use their passport photo service. The application has very specific requirements, and for whatever reason the way this store takes them doesn't meet them. I took my photo twice here, only to have my app rejected for the photo both times. Intention or not, this place doesn't know what it's doing for passport photos and it'll will delay your application

Horrible customer service. Do not speak english and will discriminate if you do not speak their language. Charged me $20 to use the computer that does not print labels for 5 minutes. Horrible UPS. Do not come here. Return amazon packages at Whole foods instead

Excellent customer service. Never had a problem with my package. I save alot of personal time, and they make my life much easier.

This store is a mess. So unhelpful, they charge you for a pen or tape and won't help at all. They are literally the opposite of helpful or nice. I won't be going back, many other options in the neighborhood. Also their rates are more expensive then other UPS stores for everything.

I am local and frequent this UPS Store. The manager has never been kind, always aggressively rushing with a never-ending attitude, always rude to customers, and even worse his employees. Other than 3 or 4 employees, I've never seen the same people more than a couple of weeks. They must always quit because they don't want to work for this dude. He is so demeaning and openly rude to his employees. I've never met anyone like this. I feel genuinely bad for all of them. 1 star!

Dragged a 70+ pound box here at 8am on a Wednesday to find out it was closed. Everywhere online said this store was opened, but unless the Rapture happened in this small isolated area, it's totally a ghost town. I looks like it was robbed and by that I mean no one took anything because even burglars know that UPS isn't worth that much.

Most unhelpful employees I’ve ever come across at a UPS store. Won’t even provide a slither of tape or place label on box. AVOID THIS TRAIN-WRECK. Go to Bay Ridge, much more helpful, friendly and customer centered.
