Please ring doorbells when delivering packages. This common courtesy would be *greatly * appreciated by the package receiving community. Leaving the apartment and finding a “we missed you” notice is baffling, indeed unacceptable. This has happened 6 times now. The doorbell is on the right have a great day!
To start off the customer service lady in the building is a great person. Though their drivers get one star. Never rang my doorbell when signature required just got a sudden notification saying package undeliverable when I was at home waiting. Amazon same day, no signature required and didn't just get a ring at the main building door he walked up to my floor and rang the bell of my apartment. FedEx do better.
The worst shipping company hands down. Read the other reviews. If you live in an apartment without a lobby they will not ring your bell or call you when they've arrived. There is a giant note on our door with our phone number saying to call when they are here. No call. No attempted delivery note. Just an auto text message alert that the customer couldn't be reached so no delivery made. It's quite obvious no attempt was made. In the past, I've even updated my delivery instructions to have a package delivered to a Duane reade, got a text confirming it was delivered there, and Duane reade had no record of it. Turns out the driver didn't follow the instructions at all. Any time something I order comes via FedEx, it is guaranteed to be an ordeal, and I'll get it a week late, if I get it at all.
They marked my package as delivered backdated, I got the email at exactly 10:40pm that it was delivered at 2:40pm then that there was a snow storm on Dec 28th not true. Since then I have no recourse as package was marked as delivered, I live in a doormaned building and FedEx never delivered at that time on that date. Either the package was misdelivered or stolen by the courier and FedEx's case doesn't help asking me if I have a 1 or 2 story tall building when I live in a 30 story highrise. I have been loyal to FedEx for years and this really soured my experience, especially with a high value item.
This is the worst service I have ever had. My package is needed to sign. The guy just left the tag on the door but he did not call me when he was arriving. I missed my package 2 days. I will miss my package all my life If he does like that. I have to pick my package in the store.
Yes, that’s right, no bell, no knock, no phone call, even though I left my phone number, I don’t mind picking it up at this location, but be ensure my package is right there
Be careful. The local Fedex drivers will mark your address as "incorrect" and send your package directly to their warehouse just because they're too lazy to deliver your stuff.
They don’t care about customers that much always slow I have to say the truth because I love Fedx
Lazy unprofessional drivers... For the past few times, they never ring the bell, call, or make any delivery attempts. This time even worst, not even leaving a sticker, probably never leaving their truck and marked it. I have to travel all the way to this place to pick up my package. Why I need to pay the expensive shipping fee for this kind of horrible services.
Package never left this facility for overnight delivery and they can’t find it anywhere. Terrible service
