I've come here a couple times before work with packages that were mistakenly sent to me. They open at an early convenience 8am and are always quick and painless! They always know what questions to ask and help me anyway they can! Thanks for being awesome!
Called in advance and employee assured me shipping dry ice wasn't an issue. 30 minutes later the "store manager" calls with a s*** attitude and tells me what I was told wrong after already being almost there. Time and gas wasted. Went to FedEx down the street and took care of it no problem.
I too have relied on this service since we moved to town. UPS stores offer a perfect variety of offerings for shipping needs - this unit is no exception. They've never had a cross word or attitude, and that's key in customer service. As I have been here enough to have a negative instance but haven't, I'll always give a benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise, which reflects my rating.
They tried to nickel and dime me on tape, paper and boxes for Amazon returns. Based on the reviews I read it is clear there’s a pattern of discrimination against “Colored” customers. Terrible attitude and customer service.
I recently had a relative ship me a family heirloom sewing machine that got damaged from the journey. Not only did the the owner of this store take the time to help me gather all the info I needed to have my damage claim resolved, but he was such a pleasure to speak with. He took the time to explain all the details of how my claim would work and after that, he took care of the rest. He followed up with me without me having to check in and made sure my claim was resolved in a timely fashion. Outstanding customer service. If I did not currently reside out of state, I would go out of my way to visit this location for all my shipping needs.
I went the The UPS Store to get a Label printed out by sending it to their email like I do at the Fedex print store. It cost me $2.85 + Tax. I had previously gone to the FedEx printing store and it only cost me 15 cents a copy. I will not go back the the UPS Store for copies. It is a total rip off.
This UPS store is the worst one I went to till date , the guy charges for fixing the label on the parcel , and put a tape. Better go for a drop off rather going here
I have contacting the CEO at UPS headquarters regarding this issue, and will be posting my experience on social media regarding this store. I called this store to get information on pricing to ship an item. I was told I had to ship by plane, which I didn’t want to do because of the high cost. I asked how much it would cost to ship a different way and the girl I was speaking to was told to hang up on me. There are plenty of other UPS stores that do not treat customers this way.
I got to the store on a Saturday at 1:59 to make two Amazon returns not knowing they closed at 2. The girl with the glasses locked the door already and wouldn’t let me make my return that would have only taken a moment. Frustrating considering I work in the same industry and she could have done what was right for the customer.
I’ve been here 20+ times, mostly for Amazon returns. Never had a bad experience, everyone is always friendly.
