The UPS Store

The lady who helped me here was very kind and friendly. I had a few packages to return and she took the time to make sure we got all of them scanned. It was a very fast and easy process I would recommend coming here if you need to ship something fast. Will be back again

I return a lot of things and every time I come in, Alina greets me. Even if she is doing something else, she is always helping and multi-tasking. She is very efficient. She always has a smile! If all customer service could be like this- the world would be a better place!

The store itself is fine but my experience with one of the employees on 12/13/22 is enough to where I will never be returning. The lady that was helping me was extremely rude from the beginning. Rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing under her breath before I even got up to the counter. Every time you’d ask her a question it was as if it was such a huge inconvenience. Next when she was making the label, She had misspelled my name and the Return address several different times and each time I told her it was wrong very respectfully and after the 4th time I just said forget it and I left the address and name misspelled. She kept getting more upset so I stopped asking. After I had left I was so aggravated I called and asked to speak to a manger and I was told they did not have one. This whole experience was extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend going to this place at all. I tried looking for a name on the receipt of the cashier but all it said was “cashiers name: Cashier”

Customer service is not a priority here, there was a small lady behind the desk on Sunday, they didn’t want to help me understand the difference between why I would need a box for Amazon, she should have just said it’s because you have a shipping label and not a QR code. I had to drive 20 min to another UPS for the to help me package a box.

I tried to ship to a US PO Box overseas military address. The woman spent 20 minutes trying to figure out the address, then told me she couldn’t figure out how to ship it. But she did make me buy the bag she put my items in, even though I just threw it away anyway! Never come here!

This is my favorite UPS store ever!! Marcus and the entire crew always go out of their way to be friendly and helpful and kind. It so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer.

I used this store up until a year ago when I had a terrible experience with the associate being rude and acting like I was annoying her by coming into the store and shipping something. I use another store now but was passing by and decided just to swing in and drop off an amazon return. Uggh, immediately reminded why I don't go there- without even speaking i was told not to contact them if I don't get a refund, nothing to do with them, just call Amazon. Literally a rehearsed speech saying they bear no responsibility for a package I was placing in their hands all while the lady sniffed heavily and wiped her nose on the back of her sleeve. I will never use this store.

This was my first experience having to return an Amazon item and was delighted to see the proximity of the UPS store to my home. When I arrived with my package and was asked for the label/return code, this was all new to me. The young woman patiently explained in detail the Amazon return process, which I then went home to complete. As busy as they were I greatly appreciate her taking the time to walk me through the entire process.

Shipped title documentation through this UPS store, and they lost it. Fun times.
