Frequent customer, the ladies are nice and efficient. Until, I came in after 4pm and a young man scanned my package and handed me the drop off receipt. Monday, September 19 I found out my package had no progress since drop off. I called the store, they couldn’t help suggested I called UPS Customer Service which I did and they didn’t help either. Now I am out $800 as this store, staff, including owner said “there’s nothing they can do about it”. Extremely disappointed!
The young woman I didn’t catch her name working today was amazing and incredibly helpful in allowing me to complete my fingerprints at this location. She explained that what happened to me at another branch was unacceptable and the process to be certified to use the livescan kiosk is very quick and simple. She definitely saved the day today!
I had good shipping experiences before in this store. However, recently, I lost a dropped-off package and the staff here refused to help to check/track the package for me. I knew they can help and do more since I personally saw another staff in this store who helped a customer to find her package before. After this, I would never ever ship or drop off any packages from this store as they won't help you if your package is lost.
Most of the time they have GREAT customer service. But this last time I went was horrible. They hired this new skinny kid that ruined my Amazon return. He almost costed me $300. He was supposed to return an item I sent in and never did. I had a rude awakening to an email this morning that my item was never sent back. I've been on the phone all morning before work trying to deal with this issue. I'm not out of the woods yet. They need to fire that guy for causing so much trouble with a customer. He's a liability. If you go in for service just STAY away from that guy unless you want your shipping transaction to go wrong.
UPS opened my package without my permission and returned the package under my husband's name. So I paid $65.72 to air-ship to myself! And refuse to refund. Awful service! I tried to ship the immigration files to my parents overseas which was full of confidential information and files, including tax return files. The UPS lady gave me a quote around $140 for 1lb paperwork. I told her it's pricy and she gave me the other option to ship by USPS which was $65.72 through UPS. We finished packing in USPS envelope on Friday 7-9-2021. I received a package from UPS facility under my husband's name with NO USPS envelope inside 7-12-2021, which means UPS OPENED MY PACKAGE AND LOOKED INTO MY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND NEXT AIR SHIPPED BACK TO ME. USPS NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. Only shows label created in their website and waiting for the package. UPS REFUSE TO REFUND.
I have always found the customer service to be excellent. I now I have the need of a Notary Public. Their automated message says they have a Notary service, it's best to make an appointment or walk ins are welcome. When I called they said they don't make appointments and he wasn't there and they didn't know when he would be there. Glad I called first, just can't count on them to provide the services they say they have.
I am rating this store a big FIVE! I went in to get my fingerprints scanned for my new banking position and the machine was an absolute horror to use, but I was saved by Sylvia! Sylvia was so patient and determined to make sure my fingerprint form was completed and I can’t thank her enough for her amazing customer service. I’m sure it must’ve been as stressful for her as it was for me, but she kept a smile on the entire time and helped me get through. Thank you Sylvia, you rock!
If you sell on GOAT shoes app, DO NOT drop off here!! I had 4 packages over 3 months that were either lost or stolen. The store would accept my packages and provide me a receipt, however: in between them taking the package and UPS picking up the box, THE TRACKING WOULD MYSTERIOUSLY NEVER ACTIVATE. Every single time. In each situation I had to file a case which was a huge waste of time. It’s super convenient to go here for me, but sadly untrustworthy.
Sending out packages is never a problem. I needed the public notary which was hardly available. Came back twice when the told me the notary would be available and they were not. Finally went somewhere else to get it done.
Best place to drop off amazon returns!
