Had a $5500 package gone missing before it arrived to its destination. Was told it was stolen internally, probably at the distribution center. While the owner, Mary, appears to be helpful, she’s constantly ignored my calls and emails when trying to file a claim. Two months later and still no response. Buyer beware, you’re better off going somewhere else.
The new owners and manager at this location are great. Totally new experience and they now have all the services a UPS Store is supposed to have notary, printing, passport photos, etc..
I don’t typically write reviews unless the experience was exceptional or the experience hit a nerve. The owner gave off “Karen” from the moment we walked in. I’ve brought my service dog in many times. Employees super nice. I don’t advertise it with a huge orange vest. Just a collar and/or harness with Velcro “service dog” patches. He goes everywhere with me… He’s a certified therapy dog. Hospitals, hospice, retirement, airports, shopping, flys in the cabin on Delta so far. There is no such thing as a federal or state service dog certification. What’s permissible is based on the dogs behavior. I socialize, encourage interactions, always ask. “Are you ok with dogs?”. “Wanna say hi”? Chocolate 6year old 75lb dobie mix. ADA rule of thumb is “don’t approach a service dog without permission”. That applies to other dogs approaching as well. Not all dogs want to meet all other dogs and will say so. If your a business owner and have a rambunctious Doodle roaming the business. My suggestion is keep it in check. Not everyone likes dogs and not all dogs wanna interact with other dogs. While I was wrapping up my transaction the Doodle approached me and my service dog playfully as doodles do. Ziggy reminded the doodle “MANORS”… Abruptly, quickly… “Back off”. If your unaware of dog behavior, “back off” can seem aggressive. Not always the case, especially with a well behaved/trained service dog. “Dogs are still dogs”. The owner got control of her unleashed doodle and spat out… “It’s a service dog and behaves like that?!!!” Hit a nerve but kept my mouth shut. Typically dog owners need much more training than dogs. 5 stars for the employees that work for that woman. 1 star for the owner. For educational purposes only Chris n Ziggy
Just stopped in with Amazon returns and the new owner was super helpful. Under new owner/management, so best of luck!
Package was lost in transit. It's been months and the store still hasn't filled out the documentation for a insurance claim.
Nik was so friendly and helpful helping me ship some packages.
This has been my UPS store for a few years now. The employees have always been helpful, kind and proficient on every encounter.
Joshua is very rude ! I had him print me some labels out and some were cut off and his response was “figure it out”. Then when everything was done with he gave me the Receipt and said no other words. This man needs better training. And I don’t know if it was a manger there but the older white lady is yelling at one of her female workers there in front of us. I feel that was very rude and unprofessional that should’ve been handled when we left. These people need better customer service training. A**holes.
I had my packages to be dropped off there as an access point called the store a day ahead to let them know my packages would be coming called the following day to go pick up packages, they sent all my packages back to shipper the same day Fedex brought then into the store they had refused my packages? I was totally confused? As this was an access point I called asked to speak with a manager Mary I explained all this to Mary who preceeded to tell me it was a unfortunate mistake she would make right and to email her the information and she would try to get my packages returned back for me, needless to say this was not true she never answered my emails. I got back in touch with Macy's myself and was able to get the packages returned to my residence. I did have to go there to pick up one package and you could tell by the look on her face Mary she new exactly who I was when I said my name and gave her my ID. I could of made a ruckus about the horrible service I had received and the email never answered but what would be the point as I already know they did not care so I I chose the high road and just took my package and left and decided that I will never God willing never ever use this place they are playing incompetent or really are because as far as I can see they really do not like there job and customer service customer satisfaction is not something that this UPS store is striving for. I really waited a long time before even submitting this review but I really think you owe others the right to know the experiences you have with places good or bad hopefully it will allow the management the time if they truly do care about there customers to fix this problem issues to make it a more pleasant experience for not some but all. Thank you Patricia
Excellent customer service at this location, even during the holiday rush.
