Tell them to deliver at one of the other businesses next to us and the refuse to. Such a headache. I have to though a fit just to get my packages. They have our delivery route when our business is closed. They don’t even try fitting my packages in my mail box that we have that can fit. They always make an excuse. Wished I can have things be delivered with someone else.
As a business owner who ships over 100 packages a day, this is by far the WORST post office I've ever been unfortunate enough to have to deal with. They held my customers package hostage with no phone calls, emails or anything for TWO WEEKS. Had to track it down myself to be told a 2lb piece of plastic 20 inch box at most in a box that cost total of $58 required $80 in shipping. LOL. The supervisor Michelle has fed me nothing but excuses after being confronted on the bogus charge and error by her staff. Constantly out of the office and "I'll investigate it tomorrow". Then had the audacity to tell me she could do nothing unless the customer returned the original packaging to her? You had it for two weeks! I've sent pictures of every receipt, the label, and even a photo the kindergarten math her staff did completely bass ackwards as far as calculations on the package itself! 0 responsibility taken, instead the blame was pointed at me. Customer attempted to go to the post office to retrieve the package and was told they were sending it back even after he offered to pay the remaining shipping and get with me for reimbursement. What an absolute JOKE!!!! - Beau Barton G&S Suzuki.
They refuse to deliver mail. And then threaten to withhold your mail... You know, the mail they are already not delivering. I need to go take some lessons from them on how to keep a job without doing it cuz that sounds like the life tbh
I've never had a bad visit at this place. I use this location to receive mail in my PO Box for the last 15 years.
Called looking for a lost package. I called my local post office. The usps number and the Colorado distribution center with no help. Not even being able to talk to a real person most of the time. A lady answered at this post office and she provided information an update and help. Thank you!
Another Oxford Business Park tenant not receiving mail. I sent a letters to myself 4 times in the last two weeks and NONE have been delivered. Packages are sent back without delivery attempts at all, customers send checks to pay invoices that never arrive. IT would be better if you just dumped all the mail in the parking lot and let us figure it out!
My business is in Sheridan and we rely heavily on USPS. Lately, we have totally stopped receiving packages. Instead of attempting to deliver them or even leaving a notice in the box when it is a package that cannot fit, they simply just send it back to the original mailer without notice. This is a huge problem. We have had notices taped to our door during business hours when there are people in the building, but no one attempted to open the door and inform us of a delivery. LAZY and just wrong! Whoever is servicing the Oxford Business Park needs to be written up and or fired. It wasn't this bad during COVID, so that excuse isn't going to cut it anymore.
Hands down the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I mean where do I begin, I have yet to have a friendly person at the counter. The only one who was actually nice was a supervisor. They say your packages are undeliverable as is not a valid address. So I go to pick up my package and what do you know it’s all correct. Has happened multiple times. Then there was this theme when that happened and I ended up having to call the cops to get my damn package. Like the people here are utterly the worst postal workers ever. It’s like they took the worst of the worst and stuck them all in this post office. I’m now sending my mail to a P.O. Box in a different county just to never have to deal with these people ever again.
Post office might be nice but the carrier's? Total nightmares! Honestly whoever services 80110 Belleview and Broadway area needs to not have a job anymore. On 2 separate occasions in a 2 month time period my package wasn't delivered nor was an attempt even made. No notice left they said there was they said the package was to big? It was in a small padded envelope. It contained my dogs medication, and this is why this situation is unacceptable and infuriating! Called the Littleton office for over 2 hours, no answer it was during business hours called the 1-800 number, took another 75 minutes to get a human. Issue was not resolved that day. Had to look at alternative options for my dog till Monday. Bottom line, the carrier lied, an attempt could NOT have been made the "package" could have EASILY fit in my mailbox, and there was no notice left. This the second time this has occurred. TERRIBLE business practices and I will discontinue using ANY vendor that goes through USPS, completely incompetent! I wish I could get away with not doing my job lying about doing my job and stay employed
The USPS at 915 W Lehigh Ave has a staff with very poor customer service skills. On my final day visiting this office, I went to pick up my mail that I had placed hold during a move. The form I filled out stated they would hold our mail for thirty days. When I went to pick it up two and a half weeks later, the person at the counter seemed pleasant. He went to look for my mail, but when he came back, he looked angry and spoke aggressively. He told me that they had held my mail for ten days then sent all the mail back undeliverable. When I asked why, he berated me while not answering my question. Another employee brought in the manager. I spoke with the manager who explained that when a person moves out of an address, the post office will only hold the mail for TEN days and not the THIRTY days stated on the form I filled out. He stated that was the policy of the USPS. I replied, “I’m Joe Nobody. I don’t know the policy of the USPS. I only know the form I filled out stated I had thirty days to pick up my mail. To help other people in the future, it would be appreciated if your employees could inform the person filling out the hold form that your office will only hold their mail for TEN days if they move out.” The manager said it wasn’t their responsibility to inform people of that. I tried to explain these unpleasant situations can be avoided if they would adopt education as their responsibility to help pursue high quality customer service. I also stated that the policy should be on the form that I filled out as well. Unfortunately, I feel he probably will continue with business as usual and this will be a repeated scenario with another disheartened customer.
