I have used this store for shipping, returns, passport photos, printing, faxing and notory service and they have alwats been great. The owner and her staff are always smiling and friendly. Customer service is on point!!
Got to store 4:55 PM Saturday in January and "Faith" took pity on my tardiness and served me very well, spilling over till past five.... Thanks.
I've now used this UPS store 2x after packages mailed by USPS got lost. The team here is wonderful - very friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. Shipping items here is a totally pleasant experience, and my packages got where they were supposed to go, on time.
So nice to have this store under new ownership. Great service, great attitude, and super helpful in figuring out how to ship things safely. As a customer who has both received well packed packages from this store and sent them-- Glad to have you in the neighborhood.
