The worse place ever , i went there 3 different times and always there is nobody inside the store and you have to call a number so the guy come see you , but the number keeps ringing and no answer , one time the guy came after i wait for so long . Seems like the employees there getting paid for doing nothing just chill outside the store the whole day . I recommend going to other ups store , don't waste your time going there. I hope UPS fix this issue because it's not nice leaving this store messed up like this especially it's inside a nice hotel and a lot of foreign tourists there , not good for ups reputation
This UPS is tucked away on the 2nd floor of The Mayflower, but it's worth the effort seeking it out because it couldn't be more convenient if you work nearby. I had a package to drop off and the lady at the counter was so pleasant and friendly. Great little gem.
Unreal. Open and unlocked with no worker there. Have signage to call a number for help. Called 3 times, twice couldn't leave a VM because the box wasn't setup and third time it sounded as if they ignored the call. Packages and expensive equipment HOTEL GUEST EQUIPMENT left everywhere. Anyone could walk in and take your belongings. Unsafe and unprofessional. Do not go here.
It is open, unlocked but without any staff. I had to call the number provided. But he responded the call and came to the shop fairly quick.
Worst UPS. Showed up 10 mins before closing and they had already closed. Told the hotel front desk that they were not available to help hotel guests and others. The front desk called them and no answer.
Apparently it's routinely left open with no staff, even with packages just lying about in plain sight. Had to call to get someone to return to the desk but it took ages. Go elsewhere.
Who knew this was even here!? It's inside, go up the stairs on the left as you enter then walk around to the other side of the atrium. Take your chances whether there's someone there to help you or not.
It's in the Mayflower Hotel with no signage on the street. It's in the back on the mezzanine level. Walk up the stairs as you enter the hotel lobby.
Don't bother. Can't see it from the street. It apparently is only for hotel business clients. The store was open but was unmanned when I stopped by. I gave up and went to UPS store at 1718 M St NW.
This location is inside the hotel, when you enter the lobby go up the stairs to the mezzanine and follow the hall down to the location - youll see the sign!
