My first time visiting this location and it was so unpleasant. The employee in the store didn't offer any assistance with the copy machine. He was just. staring at me. I won't ever return to this location. Poor customer service, no assistance, doesnt greet the customers, nothing.

Needed something printed legal size, and theit printers were not set up to do so. I had to email the file to them to do this. I was made to wait 30 mins, waiting behind someone. Note there were 3 fedex employees at the store, two of them unable to do this. Not as express as they claim.

The customer service is the worts, they don’t gel and they are rude

Shipping was quick and friendly. No complaints!

I always rely on this place for last minute next day shipments and the man working there during the evenings has always been professional and easy to work with regardless of how stressed or rushed I am to get something out.

Helpful staff and well located by Farragut North. Only one or two staff on duty at a time generally but they are typically quite responsive.

Sent in a simple copying job to be picked up 5 hours later and when I got there, it wasn't even started.

Just dropped off a shipment here and it was perfectly fine. The package seemed a little expensive, but the staff was friendly and attentive. I would return if necessary.
