I was shown great customer service at this UPS store on Thursday, October 6. I had to return an expensive/fragile item and wanted to ensure that the item was delivered back to company quickly and unharmed. Mr. Joel and Mr. Lonnell politely took all my questions and concerns and were able to clearly state the UPS shipping procedures/policies, they ensured that my return was properly labeled for shipping, and confirmed that UPS would take care of it from there . I appreciated their patience and professionalism.
I absolutely love this stores location. Joel is supper helpful and always a joy to see when I’m here. Keep up the good work and continue to work hard.
Extremely rude customer service and unreliable information on the website. Website claims hours from 8-6. Showed up at 830 and no lights even on. Showed up at 9 and the worker despite being a registered notary informed me that notary hours don’t start until 10 AM, despite the fact that he and his associate were sitting idly and doing nothing. They say that it’s store policy - then I say a store policy worthy of a 1 star review! Much better options in DC.
I would like to take this time to recognize the great customer service at this specific location. Thank you to Lonnell for all his help with grace and dignity. The entire staff is awesome
Got to the ups store just before they closed. I had a label already that I needed to print and the cashier G...... told me She can’t print it for me and that I have to use the shared computer in the corner of the store and print it minimum of $3 for being online + extra for printing + extra charge per minute+ I had to log in to my gmail account+ nothing to sanitize the keyboard or surface. I asked again, are you sure you can’t help me print it and she said “no and I have to close soon”. I’ve been using the ups stores services twice a week in more than 5 states for the last 11 months my company has an account with them and this is the first time and first branch that they wouldn’t give me an email address to send the label to and for them to print for me. Take in mind that they were also more expensive than any other ups stores I’ve been to I bought two padded envelopes.
The store is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to what can be shipped. Trying to return a monitor from Amazon in its original shipping box, but store staff insisted us to purchase extra box which costs more than $50 steer away from this store!!!
The folks at this UPS Store were beyond helpful with a quick turnaround print project I needed for work. They went above and beyond to walk me through the process and get it done much faster than I expected. I will be returning the next time I have a print project- hopefully with a bit more lead time and less stress on my part!
Excellent client services! I had to return a huge package of Amazon and the store opened on time and provided me the necessary guidance to print label and do the process! It will be nice if the label printing will be free of charge. Thank you
