The UPS Store

I’m a frequent customer of this UPS store. I can say that manager and staff go up and down to serve me. I have been to several UPS stores, but this one is the most professional and efficient UPS store that I have ever been to. I will keep going there and highly recommend them to everyone.

Very professional and friendly store; the staff was accommodating. The customer's line went on quickly; Nataly, the associate, wrapped and packed my mail in seconds; she was so helpful. I loved this store.

I always wait until I have three bad experiences before writing a review and I just had my third at this store. My company forces us to use UPS so I have a lot of experiences at stores and this one is the only one I have problems at. Most are great friendly and helpful. This store has awful customer service. Today they just "change the policy" on taping boxes shut, so I expected to do a quick drop off with my kids but instead I needed to tape all of my boxes while the two store employees stood around and watched me. It was weird. I was expecting it to take my 5 minutes like other stores, and instead it took me 20 minutes. Also I had my kids with me which makes everything more complicated and we were late for soccer practice. Isn't the purpose of the store to provide customer service not make things worse? I love going here to return my Amazon packages because they will box everything, wrap it up and send it and give me my UPS receipt and I have never run into a line. It is very convenient. The longest I've ever had to wait was about two minutes at Christmas time and when they saw a line was forming they opened another register right away.

Conveniently located. Many services, including UPS drop off, expert packaging, prompt UPS shipping, USPS services, fax, photocopies, secure shredding of old documents etc. Gracious and highly professional local ownership. All in all, we take all of our shipping needs to this store because they are so good.

Always helpful and efficient staff. Love this place. Since I use it so much it causes me to shop at the other stores there that I would normally drive past. The one in Clarendon didn’t have any shops so l’d drop off my packages and just leave. Here I drop my packages, I go to Starbucks for a coffee. I look around the toy store for any up coming birthday parties my kids have to go to. Limoncello is a great store to browse in. All the food places in this shopping ctr are great too. Plenty of parking as well. Thriving retail area.

This UPS store is fantastic. I brought my package in at literally the last minute they were open on a day during the busy holiday season, and the manager Sahar was pleasant, professional and thorough and truly made the experience a good one. She even remembered me the next day when I brought in more gifts to ship! I didn’t pay for guaranteed Dec 23 delivery, but all of my packages arrived before Christmas. I definitely recommend this store!

This is a great addition to the neighborhood. Both of my visits have been fantastic. They helped me with packing and shipping. No one had to wait very long because the store was well staffed and the staff was incredible professional and efficient. I will definitely be back.
