Had to send a package to an international location which is usually tricky with all the customs related formalities - Excellent service at this location with great staff, specifically Rachel who helped me. She was very active and knowledgeable about the rules/requirements- filled all the forms very carefully and the package was delivered in time without any hassles.

Cassie at UPS does an AMAZING job with printing. She makes it SO easy and everything turns out great. I have ordered Christmas cards, photobooks, flyers, posters, family photos, and flipbooks. Every experience has been efficient and fast. 10/10 recommend :

If I could put zero stars I would. This is a greedy business. I noticed the lady who seems to be the manager was talking to an employee in a very condescending and rude attitude. I’m wondering if this is the reason they seem to always have a line out of the door! She is very unpleasant. You would think she would be more respectful considering we’re in a work shortage everywhere. When I found out the price to ship i turned right around and left. You can go to the post office for a third of that price. And the managers aren’t rude to their employees.

Everyone at the UPS Store are courteous, helpful and most importantly Friendly. Rachel has helped me from the day she started. I just have to call her and it’s done. Can’t get any better than that.

After several days of trying to find a box for an item I needed shipped 1st attempt was this store, 2nd attempt was at UPS on 32nd and 25th….both tries were unsuccessful. I decided to wrap the gift in brown package paper suggested by employee at 32nd St and hoped for the best. Well “ the best ” happened!! I took the wrapped package to the UPS store #5998 on 13th and met one of the best employees ever!!! Her name is Erica… she said she had a box for the item, packaged it and prepared it for shipping! I was stunned … days spent on trying to mail this item was solved within minutes by Erica! Thank you Erica for being at work today!!! You know your job and are an excellent example of “ great customer service “! You rocked it!!! You’re the best! Geri Dvorak

Recently, I had the pleasure of using this UPS Store. Jay was so helpful. I had to return some items but didn't realize I had to print out the labels. I thought I had picked the no label Amazon return option. Jay patiently showed me how to print a UPS label which was free and then took care of my return. What a wonderful experience! Jay is a delight.

I just really appreciate Jay who works here. He is always so friendly and welcoming, and I’ve honestly never seen him appear stressed or cranky, etc. It’s usually pretty busy at this location, and I know the wait times can make us customers impatient and frustrated and probably not the easiest to deal with. To see an employee who not only doesn’t let this get to him, but also makes you feel better instantly by his kindness, says a lot. Thank you Jay, there should be more employees like you in this world. More people like you for that matter. I truly hope UPS recognizes the value you bring to its company; and appreciates what an excellent job you do!

Don't Waste Your Going Over There, They Don't Know What They Are Doing. They Will Have You Pay For Your Mail Or Package, And They Will Lost The Package By Being Careless, That Includes The Manager, They Are All The Same.

They had great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who helped me solve my problems with ease. Jay was the one helping me with my packages and he was top notch! Packages and shipping can easily become a headache, but these folks are so great at their jobs I have no complaints!

Cassie the Graphic Designer is my girl for every job! She makes you feel like a friend whenever you walk in. She’s always smiling and willing to help and may I add, she is patient . Very patient. Most importantly she does a great job and I use her services for things I can’t do on my own. She comes though and her services are affordable!! Go to this location ALL of them are very friendly and helpful! They get the job done !
