The UPS Store

Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. The drivers do not deliver, they instantly pull out the “We missed you” sticker when I am sitting right by the door. This happens every single time the mail carrier is through UPS.

We were referred here by a UPS Store when our son needed help with a last-minute copy job. The gal that helped him was really nice

Really great location with many amenities and packaging options for shipping. Manager always comes in to notarize documents on a moment's notice and you can tell they really care about the store as it is always clean and well organized. Have used this location for 10 plus years and staff is always friendly and helpful.

Twice the tracking numbers they printed for me didn't exist in the UPS system, and when I tried sending a package internationally it got returned to the store and they didn't alert me with a notification of any kind. I guess they were just gonna keep it there? It had been almost 10 days since they had it

This is the absolute worst store. The drivers are lazy and never knock on the door to deliver packages. What is the point of having anything shipped to my address if I always have to go pick it up? This has happened several times that I am home and the guy just leaves a sticker.

I use them quite a bit for business and personally for mailing packages and documents for our clients. They are always helpful, and a great resource for other unique projects. Whenever I've came to them for help, they've always tried to find a solution or answer my questions.

The far away location and bizarre hours its open to the public make package pick up a chore. I specifically request that anyone who sends me things never use UPS because I have such a narrow window to get over there to get my property.

I dropped off a package to be shipped at this location The package never arrived at its destination. Went to the store and they were very unhelpful in tracking down the package. I strongly believe they lost my package.
